When a tenant is about to move out, our management team will conduct a walk through with the tenant to determine if there is any damage, whether caused by the tenant or normal wear and tear.  From there we will make calls for any necessary work that might need to done at the property to provide you with estimates.  We’ll also schedule a professional cleaning prior to the next tenant moving in.
