When there is an issue, we’re the go-to people your tenant will contact.  From there we will send a contractor to the property to determine the necessary needs and provide you, the property owner, an estimate prior to any work being performed.  If you have a home warranty company, we put the call in to them and act as the liaison between you and any company we call for repairs.
